I am disappointed in Bruijn's service in the maintenance of my boiler. The boiler is 3 years old, and the standard maintenance was carried out in just 45 minutes. No less than €195 was charged for this. In addition, some parts were replaced, bringing the total to €236. What bothers me most is that the hourly rate of a service technician at Bruijn is €99, but the price of the maintenance is completely out of proportion to the time spent on it. This feels misleading and unreasonable. I advise others to look carefully at the cost structure before having anything done here. A disappointing experience!

Just before Christmas (2024) had a heat pump installed by Installation company P. de Bruin H.H. Worth. Rick de Bruijn and his buddy worked so neatly and professionally. It is a pleasure to see the appliances connected to the ductwork. I have every confidence that the Intergas heat pump will do its job in the coming years. Peter and Ans

Worthless company. An appointment was made at the end of 2020 for the installation of a hybrid heat pump. Our air heating had broken down and in the context of sustainability, we opted for a combination of hybrid heat pump and indirect air heating. This was the beginning of years of misery. Paid more than 8,000 euros to this company, but Remeha (also a bad company) Elga never did anything after that. Thank God that our old, trusted gas-fired central heating boiler was still there, otherwise we would literally have been left in the cold. We still used gas for 2 and a half years and were therefore unable to enjoy the savings we had invested for. During these 2 and a half years, we were sent from pillar to post by the Bruijn and Remeha company, with the excuse from both sides that the problem was not theirs. Then, after many telephone calls, emails, pointing fingers and the like, 2 technicians from both companies solved the problem in the summer of 2022. In the winter 2022/2023, we as a family noticed that the temperature in the house did not exceed 19 degrees, so it was better to sit on the couch with a blanket. It was not comfortable, so we decided to contact them again this year to ask if we could do something about it. Bruijn decided to send a technician to find out what was going on and decided to change a setting in the heat pump. Result: a few months later another invoice arrived. We would receive a call back about this after correspondence. Apparently they had 'forgotten' this and we still received a reminder. Conclusion: Bruijn supplies the equipment that should ensure savings/sustainability, but actually costs more than it should yield. In addition, they take no responsibility at all for the service they actually have to provide. They should be happy with the minimum 1 star that Google requires you to give.

We had our heat pump and central heating installed by this company. Installation done very neatly and within the agreed 2 days. Afterwards I had some inconvenience with the heat pump and some hassle, called the company several times. Every time they were on our doorstep within a day to solve the problem. Now everything is fine and we are very satisfied. Excellent company!
