Snijder Installatie

I had a technician come and take a look at my CV-ketel on 17 Sep. During the viewing, he advised me that 2 of the parts had to be replaced since the boiler was slowly loosing pressure. He had one of the parts in his car but not the other. He left saying he will order the other part and then come back to fix and do the service in a week. I heard nothing back. I called numerous times and every time I was told, the technician was out and he will get back to me the next day or week. This never happened. Ultimately, I spoke to them again and now they say, they can't service the boiler since it's from 2007 and I should replace it completely for €2700. I can understand that they might not want to service a boiler from 2007, but taking a month to change their mind after already seeing it. They obviously just forgot to order the parts. Not good business.

As always; honestly. Great help again, had the broken roof tile replaced, but the hardworking Snijder colleague had a better idea to repair it because the result would be better, more beautiful, faster, more reliable and, yes, more beneficial for me, the customer. I have now had several repairs done by this top company and they are always super punctual, reliable, good, but above all, HONEST! I don't know any other company I would trust so much; hats off to them!
