Really ridiculous contact service! They have been here several times and always made an appointment over the telephone. So this time I did it again and waited all afternoon but no one came and now they are saying that there should have been an email. It was never sent so it stayed home for nothing. It turned out to be a huge good luck story. Tried to make an appointment again, but this too was handled in a sloppy manner. Canceled so never again Waaijers for us, unfortunately!

Never order a heat recovery unit here as a private individual. You're an extra cash cow and installation sucks. You indicate whether all the grilles and such are good and they say yes, but some were apparently stuck with toilet paper. Service contact is really dramatic and amateurish and the maintenance contract is ridiculously expensive. The machine that was installed was no longer for sale shortly afterwards. Old model fobbed off that is now broken after 2.5 years. Contact about settlement takes forever and is inconvenient. Hopefully they will solve it, because that has to be done through them, which is also very inconvenient

Waaijers last year CV maintenance carried out. Costs for repairs were quite high but for us a new house with an older boiler so no idea.. this accepted and the boiler works. Now a year later we want to look for a 2nd boiler. Because of water pressure and separate system. Because we are already with waaijers for maintenance I thought they would also have a reasonable price/idea regarding options and possibilities. First of all someone comes by. This is still very neat with good and nice ideas and realistic indications for hanging a 2nd boiler (also price-wise acceptable amounts are mentioned) However after receiving a quote, which amounts to €4995 for hanging a 2nd boiler at a location where all connections are already hanging, this was not accepted. The quote was not accepted because of the (in my opinion) much too high price. After they received this message from me, I was called very politely to report that they would no longer be carrying out follow-up maintenance (determined from above)... Special.. Absolutely not recommended to ever have anything carried out by this party. High usurious prices.

Small gas leak detected by Enexis. Waaiers proposes to lay a new gas pipeline for €1,700. Van Heugten's competitor appears to be Tue You can't do it for €800 less. Good thing we looked further. What an extortionate price. The central heating maintenance was also not carried out properly. Competitor Van Heugten immediately saw that the expansion tank was broken... nice job Waaiers installations.
