For private individuals, this company and the handling of errors and complaints are a drama. The boiler is not hanging in the right place, which means that an enormous amount of pipework is unnecessarily visible and falls outside the paneling (instead of neatly concealed behind the panelling.) When filling the boiler, water can very easily end up in some sockets. When filling the boiler, the water sprays in all directions inside and outside the paneling, also because there is no room for a bucket under it. The tap is mounted against the paneling and cannot be opened without scraping your fingers on the paneling until they bleed. The controls for the boiler's control panel are inaccessible and unreadable, hung high up. Moreover, they left a huge mess behind after installation and that mess is still there 18 months later! In 1.5 years, nothing has been resolved or adjusted, additional equipment has not been installed and you do not receive any response, which means that problems persist. Staff including managers are always inaccessible and complaints about staff can only be submitted to the receptionist! It is now about 18 months later after the flawed and clumsy installation and still no action has been taken! So called again. They indicate that they have AGAIN forgotten what the problem is (despite the many telephone calls, long conversations and their own notes that were made in our presence - "Well, I'm so old that I sometimes forget things", is the literal response!) They also very willingly and often give as a reason that they have far too few staff to carry out all the work. Then why are you taking on new jobs and clients??? Why do you ask people to sign an expensive maintenance contract with you if you don't have the people to fulfill your obligations??? Who should carry out that work? So no one and never not! As a customer, you are always left with nothing, they say, while you receive high bills from them without any service. I absolutely (!!!) CANNOT recommend this company for all those reasons!!!

Very angry man in a Ford Fiesta SN370D at 4:00 PM 9/13/2024 almost hit a pedestrian and cut off 3 cars.

Either arrived too early or didn't show up for an appointment at all. Very unfriendly, rude staff. They just walk right into your door without saying anything.
