Top-notch antisocial behavior from phone to email. Can't handle specific complaints. Employees can only behave after being informed that the conversation is being recorded. Provocative employees, completely blind to their own behavior and who should all undergo resistance training again. A reaction of "why are you crying" after a complaint is explained, and then feeling justified in believing the customer is at fault after a lofty reaction to such a remark. I indicated that their information was incomplete due to a house division, and after several rounds, the contract was terminated after indicating that "I'm not their customer, but the landlord." No respect for customers, but demanding to be addressed by someone so close to retirement that the adult diapers are already ready. Save yourself the trouble of doing business with a company with the sense of responsibility of a toddler. Ethics of a teenager, and the greatest wonder is how they all reached adulthood. 0 stars if I could.

What a nice company this is. Good communication, good thinking, adjusting the quote was no problem, neat and accurate execution, normal prices. Fine! Also corrected work that another installation company from Wageningen had carried out sloppily. From now on, contact this company immediately.

Called at the beginning of December for a heat pump quote. Made an appointment for January. Kunst called a week in advance to reschedule the appointment, and called again the next day to reschedule the appointment by 3 days, whereupon it was suddenly announced that 150 euros would be charged for the quote. "Customers are sometimes shocked by the price and then cancel." Part of the deal I think. Unprofessional, unexpected. Apart from the fact that I think 150 euros for half an hour of inspection and half an hour of preparing a quote is a lot, if I had said that immediately in December I would not have waited for this second quote but would have called someone else. After 9 moves and 10 orders, I have never been charged quotation costs. Just include your acquisition costs in your price, that is possible in this overstressed market, but do not start this way and if you do, indicate this at the first appointment and not after the third contact, 4 days in advance. Shame.

Quite curt on the phone. We were told that no one could come to us anyway because only regular customers were helped due to a lack of staff. Update 2022: requested information via the Remeha site for a new central heating boiler, Kunst would call back. This just happened... they have now adopted the way of working that they charge €150 for making a quote... which you only get back when they also receive the order... I think that's called a scam.
