4Some specializes in the management and maintenance of building-related installations. We focus entirely on buildings that are currently in use, so we are explicitly not a new-build installer. Our name, 4Some (foursome), refers to the four players in the field. Commissioned by the owner, manager, or user of a building, we are the fourth party in the chain with a shared goal: optimal maintenance and management. Since its founding in 2001, 4Some has grown into a national technical management and maintenance company based in IJsselstein (UT). Commissioned by renowned clients, we maintain and manage approximately 180 buildings ranging in size from 5,000 to 85,000 m². We do this with highly trained (service) technicians and in-house specialists in seven disciplines. With 75 employees, we are a medium-sized company. We are committed to our clients and value personal contact. Our teams operate on an account-based basis, with a dedicated property manager as their contact person. Our flat organizational structure and short lines of communication allow us to act quickly and respond flexibly to your needs.
