We have been associated with Derko for a long time but recently had to end the collaboration. The CV installation worked fine, Derko comes by for the annual maintenance and suddenly it is defective. They come back to do a repair and we receive an additional invoice of almost 650 euros. We object, we have not given permission, it is not clear how it happened (very coincidental). Derko makes no effort to explain. Only the statement that the lights were on when they left and found a dangerous situation and that they had to act immediately. And yes, without consultation and only threatening with a collection agency. No effort to see that this is a dubious course of action. No telephone contact from Derko to explain this. We have paid under objection and are taking further legal steps. This is arbitrary and deprives me as a consumer of the opportunity to make choices, do research and request quotes. I feel seriously cheated and put under pressure.

After requesting several quotes for a heat pump, we ended up at Derko. Contact with Stephan went well from the start, agreements were kept and prices are realistic. A few months after signing the quote, the heat pump was installed, again neatly according to agreement. They were also not averse to doing a few extra things and everything was neatly cleaned up. All in all, we are very satisfied with the entire process and end result!

You can come here for maintenance and service on your heat pump, central heating boiler and air conditioning! Staff is friendly and very technical. Solve all problems! Ridiculous company. Due to "busyness" they can't help people without a "maintenance contract". Never received a message that we had to switch for this. We have to "just sit in the cold". Really ridiculous. This is not how you treat people/customers. And because it is a crap system other companies don't want to risk it and are dependent on Derko. Big DerkNO.

Excellent service! We have moved into a new-build home in the Haarzicht district for a few months now. In the event of (minor) defects in the heat pump installation, Derko provides its services quickly and extremely professionally. So far we have been very satisfied with their service and the personal attention of the (various) technicians!!
