I have had an aqua cell since September 2011. I only experience positivity. I use detergents for many months longer. I no longer have any deposits on taps or shower heads and the machines are now completely limescale-free. I advise anyone who has to deal with limescale problems to pay the one-off costs for the purchase. It is the maintenance of the entire water supply network in the home and all machines connected to it. In addition, I suffer much less from dehydrated skin because I need much less soap and shampoo. It's a real winner and I can't help but recommend it to everyone.

We were interested in a water softener. The representative gave us clear information about how the AquaCell works and what we could expect as the consequences of soft water. Our technical questions were also answered to our complete satisfaction. We opted for AquaCell because no electrical cables need to be installed and because the system is double-designed, so that soft water also comes out of the tap during rinsing. The waiting time before the system could be installed was a bit of a shame, but everything then went according to plan and it was installed in such a way that everything was easily accessible. The result was better than we expected. Cleaning sanitary facilities has become much easier. When showering, the water feels very soft. After a few months, the thermostatic tap, which was apparently calcified, also started to work properly again. Other taps are now also easier to close. We use less soap and cleaning products.

AquaCell water Softener is almost double the price of it´s competition ¨Z8 ¨which is working at my daughter´s residence, however I choose to buy AquaCell due to their response, Demo visit and customer friendly actions such as giving assurance of mounting the equipment in existing condition of my apartment. I hope I have a better quality product as promised. It is too early to comment. Installation was done very well and in time.

An aquacell in our house since June 2018. Since then, my skin has become less sensitive, limescale disappears and much less washing powder, soap and shampoo are needed. And what's more, according to friends, we now have spring water from the tap! Everything installed carefully. Certainly not a cheap investment, but it is well worth it!
