Had a mechanic at the door unannounced while I actually had a cremation of a good friend. He said he needed an hour but was on the phone the whole time. I was smoking a joint in my garden and came back inside and told the gentleman on his hind legs that if he smelled of weed he would drop his job. I told him sir I was smoking in my own garden out of respect. So what are you coming with. And then he suddenly starts talking about corona nonsense. Now I still have a malfunction with a tap that actually means topping up the central heating, he didn't even bother to do that.

I received a very angry email from my housing association stating that this company has repeatedly and in various ways tried to contact me regarding the fire safety of my apartment. However, I have never received any communication from this company whatsoever. Now, without any prior notification, the housing association is suddenly accusing me of causing the apartment to be fire-safe for a long time, even though I've only been living there for a few months. The apartment was supposedly completely renovated in February, so it's highly questionable how this company and the housing association in question are treating the safety of unsuspecting people.

Nice and friendly service! Customer service responds quickly and makes an appointment with you immediately. Everything is arranged quickly and easily. Maintenance technician does his job well and really tackles the problem. They will make sure it is resolved anyway. Overall, I have had a great experience at Haijnadi so far.

Antisocial action in the center of Heerlen. Due to the high revs, I couldn't even shift gears properly and then still race right past a crossing passer-by with the company car. Unprofessional and a dangerous situation let us know. Perhaps a reflection of Hajnadi's corporate culture.
