Every contact with this company leads to annoyance and frustration. They are NOT customer focused AT ALL, profit maximization is the only thing that matters. Technicians who record too many hours, rates that increase indefinitely, office employees who NEVER cooperate in a solution, salespeople who can barely express themselves and have insufficient knowledge of the matter, technicians who do not show up. It's done now, I'm going to inform CWS and leave you. And NO, I am not going to talk about this anymore, I have often submitted enough complaints that NOTHING is done with them. My advice to people who have yet to become customers: DON'T DO IT!!

Suppose you come here to conclude a contract with Wardenburg, I would kindly advise you to think twice (or more often).
