Very unfriendly company and they do not acknowledge the damage. Worthless service, water damage in my daughter's CV boiler cupboard, her books, cuddly toy and other belongings, carpet got wet. Strange system of working; shoes from the cupboard were thrown on her bed, rubbish left behind. (Photos also show the damage) My belongings were rummaged through; I am missing a bag with some groceries. Dirty water was thrown down at the neighbours on the fourth floor, my balcony on the ground floor also got dirty, I reported everything, that this is not a normal procedure because my balcony also got dirty. The manager would talk to Volta about the damage settlement. No damage settlement, but now I have to arrange compensation for damages with Volta as the underdog. Do not do business with them, and keep an eye on their procedure and your belongings. Worthless.

Very customer unfriendly. The man on the phone wanted to make an appointment with me for a new boiler. Now I'm also getting a bathroom renovation in the 1st quarter of 2024, so I want that done together. The gentleman on the phone did not agree with that at all. Several boilers were replaced in my complex and it had nothing to do with the upcoming bathroom renovation. I could now make an appointment with him and otherwise I would not get a new boiler. I was totally flabbergasted by this comment. He called a total of 3 times with the same message and when I told him that I was also recording the telephone conversations for my safety, he freaked out and I had to look at it and then hung up the phone. His argument was that he was going to replace several boilers at this complex, but if I were to go on holiday for 6 weeks now, there was no solution that would suit him. Please avoid installation company Embrechts because they lack customer friendliness. I don't need a big mouth from someone who calls me for an appointment and wants to come in to replace something. Normally talking people can be helped, but unfortunately not with Embrechts, who believe that they are the boss in your own home. Too crazy for words!!

Listen carefully, Embrechts family, think carefully about what you are doing. I think Maureen certainly benefited more from her best friend than from her own family. So here you also think about that instead of just about your own you choose a funeral in a closed circle which she would not have wanted at all the choice is yours dishonoring this person what you are planning!!!!!!

This company recently replaced a room thermostat in one of my buildings and takes 1.25 hours for the replacement (2 screws and a few wires) and delivers the thermostat itself for a price that is almost twice the amount for which it can be ordered from Hornbach. In any case, I will not use this company again and will not recommend it anywhere. Something that normally costs 150 euros, easily costs more than 300 euros at this company.
