Good experience with RM underfloor heating! After receiving a clear quote by email, Roberto came to visit us to discuss/view various things. Received clear and honest advice and the execution date could be set quickly! 5 days after the 'consultation' Danny and Danny came to visit us and within half a day everything had been milled and the hoses were in place. They know how to get things done and as soon as something is found (such as pipes, etc.) there is a proper discussion about how to proceed. Due to a minor miscommunication, the sealing had to be done at a different time, but this too could be scheduled quickly and was done within a few hours. We were probably just unlucky with a small miscommunication, but otherwise mutual communication is really the only area for improvement I can think of! This has caused us some delays, but because this has always been resolved professionally and very quickly, we have not experienced any extreme inconvenience. Therefore a well-deserved 5 star rating! If we ever want something with underfloor heating in the future, we will certainly contact RM underfloor heating again!
