Absolute bad experience. We asked the mechanic to put overshoes for roaming in the house and they refused to enter. Of course they could have removed the overshoes while working. But no way they can walk around the house on the white carpet with their muddy shoes (it was a rainy day). The mechanic left without entering the house and they try to charge me 70 euro! Customer service is not willing to help and the complaint department is ignoring me. I DO NOT recommend them for anything.

The WORST company out there. Been calling for 3 days and nobody has turned up yet despite our numerous efforts to get in contact with them. We are reaching temperatures below zero and our house is freezing! All the call centre people tell us is "they will come tomorrow, definitely before 17.00". Bollocks.

I put 1 star as this is the minimum but they do not even deserve it!! Worst service ever, stay away from this company. They are rude, do not communicate at all and are very badly organized. (This happened in Eindhoven)

OMG... What a lack of professionality. No reply to the emails, no answer on the phone... even in being registered on the website, there's no way to contact with anybody here...

In my opinion, Feenstra has become too big and seems to be losing touch with reality, especially when it comes to pricing. This was also evident from my recent experience when requesting a quote for the purchase and installation of an Intergas Xtreme 36 central heating boiler, including dirt and air separator and a Honeywell T6 thermostat. As usual, I requested multiple quotes to get a good picture of the market. It soon became apparent that, in the wonderful world of central heating boilers and their installation, Feenstra is almost one of the most expensive in terms of price. Comparison of costs Competitor: • Total installation costs (including accessories): €2,475.00 • Service subscription: €14.98 per month for 24 months = €359.52 • Total: €2,834.52 Feenstra: • Total installation costs (including accessories): €2,921.00 • Service subscription: €19.21 per month for 24 months = €462.04 • Total: €3,383.04 Price difference: €3,383.04 – €2,834.52 = so you pay €548.52 more at Feenstra than at the competitor! When I asked about the reason for this significant difference, I got the following response: “I think the difference is in the price of the boiler itself. The Xtreme is an expensive boiler for us.” However, based on my own comparison, it appears that the price difference goes much further than just the boiler itself. The installation and the subscription are also considerably more expensive. This experience has led me to definitively exclude Feenstra as a serious party. My advice: get good information, compare multiple quotes and don't be tempted by a big name. I can of course substantiate my findings with documentation. Hopefully this review will help others make a well-considered choice. I will share this assessment on multiple platforms.
