Too big, too bulky, too expensive. Poor internal communication, questions are not answered or are answered with months of delay, invoices are regularly incorrect. If you approach them again and again, you may be told: “You don't trust us, just find someone else, we have enough work.” After countless emails, phone calls and a fifth error in bills, we decided to do just that. That one star goes to the permanent maintenance technician, who did an excellent job.

Clutter work It started with drilling through the wall, which meant that the plasterwork had to be redone. It then turned out that a pipe was not properly tightened, which led to a leak. When the system was 'finished', it turned out that the installation had been done incorrectly — something we had to discover for ourselves. The repair took a full working day. At the end of that day we received the message that everything was now fine and that we could start the heating protocol (heating up slowly) because of the new floor. We turned on the system at the lowest setting, but in no time the underfloor heating was already 28 degrees! The installation turned out to have been carried out incorrectly again, this time with dramatic consequences: the new stone floor was cracked. In our experience, this company is really bad. They do shoddy work, have no focus, no knowledge or skills, and do not take any responsibility. In addition, they are extremely difficult to reach, especially when something goes wrong. I would like to protect others from these practices.
