Never been treated so rudely on the phone as by Breman Woningbeheer. Appointment made of course not kept while it was explicitly agreed, when calling back you get Liesbeth on the line, with the service-providing qualities of a flip-flop. The invoice is completely wrong and the legal payment term is not observed, yes because at Breman it is not about service but about money... First there was annual maintenance now that is once every 2 years, of course you have to keep paying the same amount for much less service. So if you want to be ripped off N.men conclude a contract with Breman....

What a habi babi organization. Have been by a few times and every time there is something that is left behind... has to be ordered... nothing heard of it pffff It takes a long time before an appointment can be made. If the agreement is reached, it will take weeks. You will receive a ticket on the bus. I couldn't make it on that date and time. Canceled by phone call. They cannot immediately schedule an appointment, so rescheduling is not possible immediately. It will take a while before you get another ticket in the mail. Now time for the appointment. Appointments and work made and arranged and then waited in vain for a technician. No one came. When they called Breman, they said they had left a voicemail. I didn't have a count. Did they call the wrong number (they say) My number is known to them, yes... they have a contract with the housing development so they also think... the money has already been received. I also filed a complaint with housing, but I thought they took it with a grain of salt. Oh well...who am I

What a dramatic bad company this is. One big chaos. We had the maintenance of our WTW installation carried out by Breman but that became a big frustration and very bad maintenance. - appointments are regularly changed. - an appointment can only be made in a time slot of for example 8:30 - 13:00 hours, which means we have to wait here at home for half a day. Very old-fashioned and customer unfriendly. We also have an agenda. - when the technician arrives he has no filters with him and was actually planning to put the old black filters back without saying anything. "yes, they didn't give them." - they have been trying to send two simple filters for 3 months now, which have already been called about 3 times. We still haven't received anything. - they are impossible to reach. I am currently on hold for the third time for more than 20 minutes with a much too loud background music that cannot be turned off. When I indicate that I am frustrated by the poor service, I get a very stupid answer that it is busy. This is apparently always the case and in the fall that seems logical to me for an installation company. You have to take that into account. The service is worthless. We have terminated our contract immediately.

Do you have a maintenance contract, everything is fine, but you can get a reminder of an invoice that you never had, you call between times and no administration is present, all very strange
