I don't have any ties to the place. But I certainly do have a connection to Dijckers. It was a nice, familiar company to work for from 1997 to 1999. You work everywhere, from private individuals to construction, new construction, and restoration projects. I found it tough going in the winter. But I also really felt that Duijckers did their best to get us into the glass-tight renovation of installations during the winter. Although, of course, that doesn't always work. I started there with a pair of pliers. I learned that you can do anything with them. But luckily, I was soon given all the tools I needed to do the work neatly and safely. Over time, work clothes with the Duijckers logo were also introduced. Duijckers became increasingly professional in its image. A nice company. Nice people and a salary that matched my age and skills at the time. I did continue to grow, so I stopped working there. But that's how it works. Technicians keep growing.
