I had a deeply disappointing experience with Bakker Technisch Installatie Buro. While I have paid a disputed invoice of €346, I did so without prejudice to my rights to take further action, as I strongly disagreed with their unethical practices and lack of transparency. Labor charges were doubled by sending two people to the job without prior disclosure, transport costs were added without explanation afterwards, and any attempts to reach a compromise were met with complete inflexibility. Additionally, no affiliation with supervisory authorities such as Techniek Nederland or the Geschillencommissie could be verified. This lack of oversight raises concerns about their accountability and the fairness of their practices. These tactics reflect a short-term focus on financial gain rather than transparency and respect for customers. While I have resolved this matter financially, I hope Bakker uses this feedback to reconsider their business practices and focus on ethical conduct in the future. Customers deserve honesty, fairness, and accountability, none of which I experienced in this interaction. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values integrity and transparency.

Na problemen met stroomvoorziening in huis, kwam er vrij snel een monteur. Die heeft alles nagekeken en goed advies gegeven. En een noodoplossing aangebracht. super tevreden!

They were bunglers, they installed a system years ago, and now we want to cook electrically. They used the wrong conduit. Reply to answer: From the Perilex box to 20cm below the ceiling, there was 16mm flexible conduit. After the flexible conduit to the meter box, there's 3/4 of the conduit. We had a hard time getting the wires in. And we caused a leak earlier.

Thank you very much for the fast service. Within fifteen minutes a specialist was in the house and helped us out.
