Our house has been made sustainable by Tim Broens and his employees. Solar panels and a hybrid heat pump have been installed. Everything works to our full satisfaction. The entire process from quotation to adjustment of the heat pump went well. In addition to the professional work delivered, the contact with Tim and his employees was also very pleasant.

He arranges boiler installation quickly and efficiently, but for maintenance work for both me and my parents I have called/written more than 20 times and the service is far below par. He still hasn't responded to my parents...

Was with us for the pipework in the bathroom/toilet and underfloor heating. First, the pipes were not cut deep enough, so the tiler could not continue. Then I had to come back 3 more times to tighten a coupling that ultimately had to be replaced. Furthermore, the residential fan was installed, which was initially the wrong one (just on/off, but I really wanted one with a humidistat so that everything went automatically), the old one returned and the new one installed. Fortunately, we have been released from the Broens company..... the fan has now been running for six months, but the humidistat no longer works. Called several times... uhm, I don't have my agenda at hand, call me back tonight... voicemail: leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible... and then never call back. In any case, I strongly advise against this company.

Heating boiler is peed and that is fine, still no heat pump overnight, very annoying. Phone calls and emails remain unanswered

Very bad. Does not keep his promises. Always says I'm coming. But doesn't come. So people, don't do business with Tim Broens. Very bad. Doesn't accomplish anything
