Not worthy of a star.. Last year, Becker approved a boiler whose flue was not bracketed and with it a flue that is prohibited. In 2021, Becker installed a new boiler for previous residents without a new flue and not bracketed. New residents wanted to have the boiler approved by Enexis (last month) and it was immediately rejected. And Enexis gave a good explanation of how dangerous it can be as the situation is now. And that the new residents had to call Becker immediately, no sooner said than done. But Becker does not take responsibility. You can call 100 times but you will not be called back. Becker put an approved sticker on it last year while it had to be rejected. If Becker thinks, we will sweep this under the carpet. Then other steps are taken.

First got solar panels, the next week air conditioning and the next week there was a problem with the central heating boiler (no hot water). Called Becker and a technician was already available in the afternoon. Very satisfied with the quality, contact and local technicians of this company👍🏼.

We have now had people come by 3 times for a fairly small job. It's still not right. Lamps flicker, switches buzz and don't work... There are probably capable people working here, but no professionals have visited us. Since a request for a fourth visit, it has remained eerily quiet in Becker's corner. If you pay 4,000 euros for something, you can expect it to be in perfect order the first time, not that picobello BV has to come back three more times because something is wrong. This can also lead to dangerous situations. Will you pay if the house burns down?

Compliments to Becker installation technology. When installing our kitchen, a perilex connection had to be moved. There was quite a rush, because the kitchen technicians had already started. With the help of Ron de Voogd, who immediately thought along with us, two installation engineers were immediately sent our way. The connection was moved the same morning.
