A great company, I've only had good experiences with them. They had a new heat pump and central heating boiler installed. Everything went according to plan, and the installation was perfect. Recently had two leaks (once over the weekend), and both were resolved quickly and efficiently. The service technician for the annual maintenance was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

update of the listing. I've never heard a worse lie. When you reported the outage at 4 p.m., you informed me that you would not arrive until the morning. I quietly let you know that I had a small child at home. I heard it was bad. You didn't suggest an electric heater, although I conducted the conversation politely. Please don't lie that it was different. Furthermore, I suggested that someone come and check if the sensor was really the cause of the malfunction. I heard that there was no point in coming, so it must be broken. The next day it turned out that it did work and the fault was resolved within 4 minutes. Is that possible? That's possible. You just have to want it. But I understand that, since I am not Dutch, you can ignore me and the fact that there is a one-month-old child at home and it is only 1 degree above zero outside. BTW - replace the rude lady on the hotline I do not recommend this company. Central heating boiler defective. I call the emergency line. I explain the situation. It turns out they don't have any parts on site. A one-month-old baby at home. Nobody is interested. There are no parts and that's it. I ask why such a company does not have parts on site? They've already had a similar situation, but they don't have any parts and that's it. How can a company that has already had a similar situation not protect itself from another??? The lady on the hotline is very rude. She tells me if I don't like the service I can change companies. I was angry that my child would freeze. I heard I'm not nice. Ha. Really and truly? Do you have children, wife? I don't think so. You don't understand what it means to worry. Tonight it is about 2 degrees. It is 14 degrees at home. A little kid is cold and they don't care. Scandal. I will file a complaint with consuWijzer and ACM.

Little goodwill in settling an invoice. During the annual maintenance, a carbon monoxide leak was detected in the (11 year old) boiler. The mechanic suggested temporarily installing a carbon monoxide sensor, in the meantime they would make a quote for a new boiler. The quote, which was screamingly expensive, also stated that the costs of the maintenance would be deducted from the price. Given the amount of the quote, a cigar from your own box. Even then they were far too expensive. I eventually opted for a different installer. I removed the sensor in question from the old boiler and offered to return it, I can't do anything with it and that thing has been used for a maximum of 2 weeks. Incidentally, I didn't have to pay the full amount back either. Unfortunately, no goodwill to (partially) credit. However, a request to pay the entire invoice.

Not very customer friendly. At the request of Van Oers, a photo of the leak in the central heating was sent, the technician arrives without anything to repair, but he repressurizes the central heating so that we can mop again. We did receive a bill for half an hour of work (tinkering is also work) and a quote for the repair that was far too high. Another plumber did it for half the money. The only action taken by Van Oers is to threaten collection if payment is not made.
