Ordered air conditioning from Engeltjes. The fitter arrived promptly on the agreed date and time. He introduced himself and got to work. The first thing he did was put cardboard on the floor to avoid damaging it. He measured for the right place for the indoor unit. Everything with the spirit level. Hanging the unit and placing the conduit. The fitter took his time to answer questions. Then it was the turn of the outdoor unit. Brackets and switch, everything again with the spirit level. No rushing. Neatly put around the wires of those sleeves. He took all the boxes and polystyrene with him. Then he explained how to use the air conditioning and the WiFi option. It looks neat. Everything from A to Z a big 10. Engeltjes is highly recommended. Oh yes, they are not related to me!

Before contact was made, it took a very long time before an appointment could be made. Then I was treated in an extremely antisocial and rude manner and someone had to be able to come by at a moment's notice, while people generally just work and cannot arrange time off at such short notice. When the date in question could not go ahead, the connection was disconnected. The next moment of contact I was again treated very rudely and it had to be done at very short notice. Scheduled an appointment and the person who came by was just as rude, didn't want to answer any questions and left without saying a word, not a goodbye or anything. All very unprofessional and rude. Would definitely recommend another company!!

Submitted a request via the website to adjust a private meter cupboard. Autoreply back that you will be contacted as soon as possible. After 3 weeks no response and I contacted them again. The answer I got was that one can't do anything without photos, so I have no idea why they didn't ask that directly. I sent the necessary photos as requested and have not heard anything since to this day. So save yourself the trouble of approaching this company. If people are so lax and rude at the first contact, the rest cannot be good either. Unprofessional!

After a malfunction at my home I contacted them by phone. They do not accept new customers but also do not make any suggestions/efforts to help you further.

Air conditioning recommended and installed, very satisfied!
