After an unidentifiable squeaking/whistling sound from our water softener, we called Kip to ask if they would look into it and fix the problem. The first time, the technician did not know where the sound was coming from and replaced a part in the boiler. According to him, this should solve it. Unfortunately, it soon became apparent that this did not solve the problem. By doing some research on the internet, we quickly came to the conclusion that we are a lot wiser than the technicians at Kip Installation. We called again and the same technician came the second time. This time he thought he had the solution and replaced another part. In the meantime, we are almost 350 euros lighter and the problem has still not been solved. No more Kip for us.

Very satisfied with the result. Kip Installation installed plumbing in our toilet and relocated pipes. Freddy thinks along well. Very professional, stick to agreements, friendly employees. Would definitely recommend this company.

Several times I had several technicians visit me for malfunctions in the Nefit boiler. All kinds of parts replaced, each time without the desired result. In September I paid an invoice of €299.90 for a non-return valve that apparently did not need to be installed at all because it was already in there! After that I had more visits from technicians and had parts (pump, sensor and dirt separator) replaced. On October 6 I emailed Kip with the proposal to remove those parts again because the malfunctions persisted. Then on October 16 I emailed a reminder. No response. Until on January 24 I received an invoice of €678.31. On January 27 I called Kip again about that invoice and asked what they were doing. The gentleman said he would look into it and call me back after the weekend. I heard nothing until a payment reminder arrived on March 15. In the end he credited half of the hours (€188.15). I have honestly never experienced anything like this before. There is no communication and explanation at all, it is not the fault of the company Kip and they do not meet the consumer and simply do not acknowledge their mistakes. Except for crediting half of 2.75 hours. Worthless.
