This company did a small repair for me. A mechanic could come the same day. The final amount was very reasonable. Spekschate was easy to reach and friendly people. Definitely recommended!

Spekschate, a prime example of fraud through unnecessary extra work! The Spekschate technician recently broke all four shut-off valves for the flue gas sealing of the Nefit central heating system during regular maintenance due to clumsiness and spent 30 minutes replacing them. I even had to insist that the fourth broken valve be replaced as well and help replace it, otherwise it would have been an extra 45 minutes. Anyway, upon receiving the invoice, I called about it and told them I couldn't agree to the extra work. I asked for a new, corrected invoice, but the boss wasn't willing to do that. Then I suggested that I would pay for the materials and that Spekschate would cover the 30 minutes. This was another refusal. The manager wasn't interested in the customer experience or what I thought had happened. He stated that he had believed the technician beforehand, and because he hadn't reported anything, my story was dismissed as unbelievable. When I said I no longer valued their service, the boss replied, "Oh well, one win, one lose." Spekschate doesn't deserve its customers! Don't want to be ripped off with extra work caused by the mechanic? Then I advise everyone not to do business with Spekschate!

The work was done very well, but when the invoice came I was completely shocked. 5 lamps, 4 surface-mounted sockets and 1 motion detector had to be connected in my wooden veranda. So no fear work or anything like that. I had the lamps at home myself. All this for just under €1200, which took the technician 10 hours......

Our boiler completely blew out on Friday evening. We called Spekschate, and a friendly technician was there within an hour. He took the time to replace and inspect various parts. He tried to explain to us as thoroughly as possible what might have gone wrong. The rest of the process was handled less professionally.
