Installatiebedrijf Tesink B.V.

I had a small leak in the kitchen cupboard that caused a short circuit. Mr. Tesink came by (max 15 minutes) and indicated that the problem would be solved in an hour's work. The installer came a day later. He didn't have the right material with him and asked: I'm sure you don't object to reuse? I didn't have that. However, now instead of 1 simple drain I have a kitchen cupboard full of pipes. The cupboard shelf to place things on no longer fits. It took him 1.5 hours AND I lost 283.51 euros. The bill included 3 hours, while with Mr Tesink's visit I had a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes of visiting the company. I went to the business to discuss this, but was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. I would never recommend this installer: not good quality, too expensive and disrespectful treatment.

Tesink Installatie BV is geen betrouwbaar bedrijf! De mondelinge afspraak met Dhr.Tesink is niet nakomen sinds september 2019. Daarom heb ik een offerte aangevraagd. De offerte werd door Dhr.Tesink persoonlijk aangeboden op 8-11- 2019. Let op: Op de offerte alle elektrische materialen zijn dubbel belast met BTW. Bijvoorbeeld: Een koelkast BOSCH ter waarde 525,- incl. BTW op de markt, heeft Cristiaan berekent voor 525,- ex.BTW. Dus, als U een NO FROST koelkast ter waarde van 1325,-Euro door Installatiebedrijf Tesink laat installeren, dan wordt U extra belast met 278,25Euro. De koelkast zou u kosten 1603,25 ex. montage kosten. Slim gedan Christiaan, maar niet eerlijk!!! De installatie voor een zelf gekochte koelkast wordt niet geaccepteerd!!! De slordige omgang met de cijfers! In de offerte stonden veel calculatie fouten. Door de fouten werd ik extra belast op een bedrag van 50,-Euro!!!Dus, controleer goed alle cijfers!!! Conclusie uit eigen ervaring: als u een koelkast of LED lampen wilt installeren, ik raad mens een andere installatie bedrijf zoeken.

Attention: Tesink Installation BV is not a reliable company! The verbal agreement with Mr. Tesink has not been fulfilled since September 2019. That is why I requested a quote. The quotation was personally presented by Mr. Tesink on 11/8/2019. Please note: All electrical materials in the quotation are double taxed with VAT. For example: A BOSCH refrigerator worth 525,- incl. VAT on the market, Cristiaan has calculated for 525,- ex. VAT. So, if you have a NO FROST refrigerator worth 1325 Euro installed by Installatiebedrijf Tesink, you will be charged an additional 278.25 Euro. The refrigerator would cost you 1603.25 excl. installation costs. Smartly done Christiaan, but not fair!!! The installation for a self-purchased refrigerator will not be accepted!!! The sloppy handling of the numbers! The quotation contained many calculation errors. Due to the errors I was charged extra 50 Euro!!!So, check all the figures carefully!!! I rejected Mr. Tesink's quote. Conclusion from my own experience: if you want to install a refrigerator or LED lamps, I recommend looking for another installation company.
