Watch out! Don't do business with them!!! Seems good, installation price seems reasonable. Installation looks good to the eye, but a lot goes wrong. After that there is no more service and YOU pay the bill. Do not have maintenance done here at all. Black import Mitsubushi's! Had 4 Mitsubishi air conditioners installed by this company. The oldest is now 5 years old, the youngest is not even 3 years old. They also did the maintenance until last summer, Because I sometimes (rightly) question the invoices, my maintenance contract was cancelled by them.. another installer can do their crappy work. Addition after 2nd a 3rd option from companies that have been well reviewed. In the meantime it turns out that they do not buy their air conditioners from the Mitsubishi importer but import them themselves. It seems that I have all the problems because they could be Mitsubishi air conditioners that are not suitable for the Dutch market. Still, I simply paid the main price. I just wanted it right. The pipes are not welded, which means that coolant almost always leaks. Maintenance also includes cleaning air conditioners. The outdoor units have simply not been cleaned in recent years. I now understand that they were ready in 15 minutes per air conditioner (at 100 euros each) The thermostat of the latest air conditioner appears to be broken. They do not come from the Dutch importer Incorrect installation. I can only say: the father had 18 years of experience, daughter has now taken over and since then the prices have skyrocketed, the service has dropped and the work is pitiful. I am almost 10,000 euros poorer and nothing works properly. 3 of the air conditioners are still under factory warranty. These Mitsubishi air conditioners have an average lifespan of 20 years. I have had 4 air conditioners delivered, installed and maintained by ASF. All 4 problems every few months so I started paying attention to what they do: Maintenance of outdoor units is not done (they check it and are done in 5 minutes). An hour of work and the bill is 350. But hey, it extends the life of your air conditioning.... At least that's how it should be. All 4 have not worked for half a year yet. Every time they come by you get a big bill. Current status. I'll spare you the problems of the past few years. Air conditioning 1; I call to say that there is a musty smell coming from the air conditioning in my child's bedroom. They don't smell a musty smell?? 15 minutes later they are gone. I get a bill with call-out charges while they call to say they are in the area. Did they charge half an hour as a "goodwill gesture"? Because they normally charge at least an hour. The mechanic found nothing. Half a year later the mold has exploded and we have to replace the air conditioning (5 years old). The outdoor unit is just green. The technician did not even look at the outside unit. My child kept having a cold, sore throat etc. but the technician did not smell anything. The bill will come. Invoice was disputed, the company terminated the unilateral maintenance contract. Air conditioning 2; keeps banging. The technician comes and does something and leaves. The problem is still there. The technician comes and says: the hedge is in the placement but there is nothing to be done. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off when we went to sleep because sleeping is otherwise impossible. Air conditioning 3 and 4; cooling but no longer heating (I mainly bought them for heating)

ASF expertly installed a heat pump and air conditioning system for us. The ASF staff are very knowledgeable and flexible; I would recommend this company to anyone.
