Competent engineers but main office a bit slow responding maybe too overwhelmed with customers requests

I certainly cannot recommend this company! Several works have been commissioned at my home. NONE of this work was completed without repeated subsequent repairs! The flat roof of our extension was completely renovated. Conclusion: Even with the first rain it dripped into the house... Then it was repaired several times here and there. Unfortunately, nothing got better but worse. (see photos) The roof will probably need to be completely replaced again. Of course at MY expense! And of course from a reliable company!

I would never use this company under any circumstances! After we discovered a leak from, among others, discovered the boiler, we called Stam&Stam. We come with a lot of noise and draw wrong conclusions and do not discuss anything. We could barely avoid the toilet floor. another small leak was broken up. Ultimately found a leak elsewhere in the kitchen. Send large invoices with as many hours as possible, but do not complete the case. Meter cupboard a mess, never saw anyone again. Draining the underfloor heating (unnecessarily) and connecting it incorrectly, resulting in new leakage. Central heating leak never resolved. Not open to any form of self-reflection or consultation. Bizarre! Finally, after a year of professional company asked to make everything as it should be again. In short, don't do business with them and call someone else! "Unfortunately, the judge ruled differently," Stam&Stam wrote in response. Yes that's right. I responded far too late and then the decision will be made against you. Silly me! That does not change the fact that the whole course of events is very regrettable and since I read that many people have read this response and several negative reviews have even been left, it is still food for thought.

Impressive how persistently the mechanic worked until he found the solution to the problem. Appointments were made very quickly and correctly. We are very satisfied and happy that we can go into the holidays with a properly working cv boiler/installation.

The company thinks along well and provides excellent advice. It was surprisingly nice that my things were brought home and I could pay later. Service because I live on the way back home. Thanks for that!
