Why has the price of the maintenance contract increased by more than 30% since January 29, 2024, without notice? Please answer this.

For years, our central heating boiler has been maintained by LDG. Always satisfied. This year we want to renovate: new central heating boiler, hybrid heat pump, underfloor heating, the whole lot. Called and contacted dozens of times. Everything would be arranged. But when push comes to shove, they don't respond to emails, call-back requests are ignored and they don't come up with a date. When I call, I first get a grumpy operator on the line who doesn't even give her name and then a contact person who makes all kinds of promises and doesn't keep them and who says that we will be there in plenty of time to arrange everything. In the meantime, other companies are almost getting started and LDG says they don't have time. So we can look for someone else and let all the other companies know again that we have to move them because the underfloor heating is still not installed. So I'm also going to look for someone else for the annual maintenance of the boiler because I don't want it like this anymore.

Appointment made for annual service of the hot water system. Appointment at 14:00. Can be an hour earlier or later, according to the confirmation. Everything was prepared so that the technician could easily reach it and we waited with, among other things, groceries and gym. At 14:50 still no technician. Called the company. Technician is on his way. We wait. At 15:40 we got mail from the mailbox. There is a card. We went to the door and did not find you at home. The card did not have a time or name on it. We have a very loud bell and so we know for sure that no one called. The driver was most likely short on time and threw the card in the mailbox without calling. Called the company. I am told that we can schedule a new appointment. Without any form of apology or anything. The arrogance of blaming the customer for the fault makes me very angry. Not even calling back. Who is that technician who is screwing things up????

The collection amount was increased without any notification. Then, a very irritated receptionist answered the phone and (smart as she is) didn't give her name. It was a very difficult conversation to get the details of the increase, after which she said, "I'll see what I can do" and hung up. What she could do, as far as I'm concerned, is find a new job without customer contact; it seems much better for everyone's mood :) Have a nice day!
