I've contacted this company several times and/or requested they contact me over a period of several months. I also wanted to inquire about boiler maintenance. They immediately want me to sign up for a subscription, even though there's also the option to have an inspection and/or repair carried out on a case-by-case basis. So far, no response by email or phone.

My mother's boiler needed to be refilled. When I heard this from my mother, I contacted them on Friday afternoon (!) and a technician was there fifteen minutes later. Great service and a little bit of luck in terms of timing. They would have come the same day anyway :)
