Requested a quote a month ago and haven't heard anything yet. Halfway through I called once about how things were going and they were supposed to be emailed the following week, but I still haven't heard anything. Shame about the bad service

Er staat op hun site; hele jaar door altijd paraat ook 's avonds en in de weekenden. Dat maken ze niet waar, want je kan best zonder warm water in hun ogen. Een grote mond geven vinden ze ook gewoon. Het is vanaf dat we in ons nieuwe huis wonen, nog niet goed geweest (1 1/2 jaar)en dat zijn we zat.

Received a quote after calling several times. After a long time, I receive a quote where many things are excl., so I don't know yet what I will ultimately lose I then sent a new email to ask for a small change and what everything costs together (inclusive). Never heard anything again after that Very bad, that's not how you treat regular customers (customer for 26 years). Asterisk 1 is still too much!!!

Via Roosdom Tijhuis, De Leeuw Installations installed the underfloor heating and radiators in our new-build home. They did not check after delivery, which meant they had to return to adjust the underfloor heating. This is nicely done. You are allowed to do jobs without heating for the first 2 weeks. The top floor where radiators with base blocks are located, 4 of the 5 base blocks leaked after removing the radiators. Reported this to the Lion and they replaced it (after complaining 4 times). The technician was very unfriendly and blamed me as a resident for the complaint. The mechanic was in a hurry to get away and I felt like he didn't feel like doing his job. After replacing, one started leaking again. De Leeuw indicated that it was leaking. According to De Leeuw, this was my fault and they made no effort to resolve the complaint. I have now had another installation company resolve the complaint. This told me that there was a crack in the bottom block. So it wasn't my fault! Very dissatisfied with the communication and service.
