Do not order here -> SCAMMERS Instalplus indicated that they had stock of a certain item. Sent an email to verify and within an hour a confirmation from Eddy Pegman that the item was in stock and that it would be delivered within 5 days. Eventually after 6 days I tried to call but then I got a recording... Emailed, no answer, emailed again, still no answer... Then you Google and you end up on Trustpilot... In the meantime I saw on the website that the stock was increasing... There is no physical Instalplus store at the address mentioned. The company Delware Trading of Fred Scheurwater is located here. However, a tangle of BV's is registered here, Pegman Property BV, InstalPlus BV, Delware Trading BV, etc. These BV's operate under the umbrella of Fremo Beheer BV. Eventually I got in touch via email and filled in the withdrawal agreement. They make it very difficult for you... Then no payment was returned. They use the excuse that they cannot make a refund on a credit card and that you have to arrange this yourself via your bank! Finally you have to make a choice, either you transfer it via bank or we will come and get it with the boys from Friesland, the costs will be a bit higher then... Fortunately they chose eggs for their money... If you search for Fremo Beheer BV, on drimble you will find other useful address details... I think Eddy Pegman is a pseudonym, Scheurwater is the boss. On the website of Scheurwater ICT (google) you can also find his 06 number. If you have been scammed, report this to Mollie, their payment provider. As long as they facilitate the payments, this will continue. The same applies to their internet provider (Integrated Internet Services B.V.), they keep a scam site up and running, so report it there too! I have learned my lesson again and am glad (for Scheurwater) that it ended with a whimper!

Total scammers! My father ordered a heat pump at the end of March (8800 euros) and did not receive anything. He canceled the order in June but never got the money back. We visited the address mentioned on the website. Delware Company is located here. InstallPlus appears to have no location. Delware is another company of Arie Scheurwater (the owner of Instalplus) and is managed by his brother (Fred Scheurwater). Fred indicated that he would arrange it with his brother. We subsequently received two payments of 1,500 euros, but we are still missing 5,800 euros. Arie no longer responds to our messages. Set up a lawyer but they don't respond to that either. Never order anything here!!!

It is incomprehensible that this company can still be operational. I also ordered goods, but despite Eddy's promises, they were never delivered and money will not be refunded. Also filed a report, but apparently not much happens, as the website is still live and you can order.

Terrible company, scammers. For months I was promised that my materials would arrive tomorrow or in a few days. In the meantime I can no longer get in touch, I have asked for my money back several times but no response. Now I have been duped for thousands of euros and it is time to file a report, I expect that there are many more victims here so it may be best to make a case out of this together.

Never buy anything here because they are scammers!! If you want to buy something they are super friendly. 'Eddy' emails back straight away. You can't call, because for weeks the band has been saying it's too busy to answer. Yes, bye! Paid but nothing was ever delivered and now of course they don't email back when I ask for it. I have now filed a report...
