Our landlord referred us to them as our boiler broke (responsible for hot water in the kitchen and shower). Thermogas B.V. was supposed to give us a call to schedule an appointment which they did not for a whole week. After that we have tried reaching them by phone 3 times on 3 consecutive days (on the 3rd day waiting in the phone queue for 70 minutes which is just insane!!!) but to no avail. They did not call us back or picked up the phone. If you can, please do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

I'd been a satisfied customer of Thermogas for four years for their annual boiler and water heater inspections, but I was so dissatisfied and indignant with the unfriendly young man on the phone… In 2020, the entire house was renovated, including a new central heating system. Everything was done by the same construction company. About two weeks ago, I called Thermogas to schedule an appointment for the annual inspection, including a maintenance contract. Unfortunately, they were fully booked last year, so I wanted to be there on time this year. I shared the above information with the young man on the phone, and his response was literally: "Oh, so I'm qualified enough to inspect the boiler, but not to install it. I find that strange." With an arrogant air, he didn't know why he should take on this job now. Perhaps it's a good idea, Thermogas, to introduce the new generation to the world of customer care! ~ Mind you, due to the construction of our house, it was almost impossible to find someone willing to take on the challenge of carrying out the installation.

When we were ready for a new central heating boiler, I invited Thermogas, who had been servicing the old boiler to our satisfaction for a long time, to make a quote. During the pleasant intake interview, we discussed the possibilities of a heat pump and a hybrid solution, after which a neat quote with the different variants was worked out. In the end, we decided to only replace the central heating boiler at this time. After comparing it with other quotes, we awarded the contract to Thermogas. The boiler was installed within 3 weeks of signing the quote. The friendly fitters have just delivered work and we are very happy with our new central heating boiler.

After six weeks I have still not received a quote for installing new radiators. When I call they are very busy, they say I will be called back, but apparently they are too busy for this. It would be nice to receive an email with a deadline for a response, I find it very annoying for the gentleman who has answered the phone every time and has had to listen to my story several times All radiators have now been installed. Everything was done neatly and ultimately good service and advice. Thermogas has skilled people, but communication with customers could be improved.
