One star is actually 1 too many. Initially, we were very satisfied when we had the air conditioners installed in 2020, but that quickly went downhill. It was a surprise when we discovered a few years later that the passage in the walls had been blocked with rags instead of polyurethane foam. Of course, it saves Bruyn on waste costs, but it is not neat. The drainage of condensation water from the air conditioner in the living room also went wrong, it rained water. But they had a solution for that (for a fee), a pump that hummed nicely every so often, then a more expensive pump and at our expense of course. Because we had purchased the air conditioner there, we had the maintenance carried out there in connection with the installation and the warranty. On April 7, 2025, I wanted to make an appointment for a service again. Then we were suddenly told that we could no longer be helped; new customers with a contract have priority. So old existing customers were exchanged for new customers, too bad. At the time I was told that maintenance once every 2 years was good. I was surprised to hear that they never gave this advice. Strange because Mr T. really did say that at the time, he probably didn't tell the truth more often? But fortunately we were welcome elsewhere. What surprised me? At the S. group, maintenance every 2 years is very common because every year is simply not necessary! Too bad I can't find the photos of those rags in the wall anymore. As soon as I find them again I will post them. One star is actually too much for De Bruyn installation works B.V. Fortunately we have now been helped by a good company, I did hear that the finish was very poor. The protective covers were kept much too short and the insulation was substandard. This shows what a company can be bad at. We will not recommend De Bruyn total installer to anyone anymore.

2.5 years ago I had a split unit air conditioner installed. The employees are friendly etc. but the work is not delivered qualitatively. A lot was actually done wrong. The employees who came to install it only talked all day about whether they would be able to go home on time and that they wanted to go home. The work was not finished neatly. After half a year there was already a first leak. That was then fixed for free the same day. But the air conditioner has never been able to regulate the temperature properly. A technician came twice but he told me a nonsense story every time and that that would be normal. Later it turned out that the wall was never properly insulated/finished during installation, which meant that the sensor in the air conditioner always measured a different temperature and kept cooling or heating. In addition, it was apparently too much trouble to close the hole at the pipes above. The pipes were also placed too close to the window, which meant that it could no longer be fully opened. In addition, the wiring was sloppily finished, which meant that there was a high risk of short circuiting. In short, find a company that wants to deliver quality. instead of making money fast. moreover, all prices are above the market value. you would expect more quality.
