We recently bought an apartment in the Nelson Tower in Arnhem. The homes were built by Van Grunsven Bouw from Erp, with technical installations provided by Ago. After delivery we were faced with a malfunction in the underfloor heating system. Last night we reported this to Van Grunsven. This morning we received a call from Ago and a technician came by the same day. The fault was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you Ago for the fast and pleasant service. I really appreciate this!

No hot water, called the breakdown service. After 15 minutes a technician is at the door. Problem solved. Now that's a Christmas present!!!

I contacted Roij Wittenberg by phone today. I also politely listened to both sides of the story. My point was to make it clear that it's not pleasant to leave things like this, especially for the elderly. And they were understanding. Thank you for that and the pleasant conversation. We're all human, and it can happen. I think it's important to mention it. Hence my review. But I think it's only fair to add that the professionalism isn't the issue. That's what they specialize in, and they know what they're doing with their expertise. I would also like to thank Mr. Wittenberg for contacting me and for resolving the matter properly verbally! I certainly appreciate that, although of course, it's not his fault, as he didn't do it. Also, just to add, he even wants to personally bring a bouquet of flowers. Extremely bad service. Provides installation for new construction. Now that there is aftercare in the event of a defective controller, they do not care. The system supplier Dansoff is very customer-friendly, but AGO refuses to carry out any work. They hide behind the fact that it is more than 30 km. is gone.... Ridiculous.

Thijs and Jan have installed a new boiler. Neat work done and everything left tidy. Thank you very much!
