Earlier this year we had problems with our roof fan (no extraction and therefore no ventilation) and the motor ultimately had to be replaced because the motor type was so outdated (>15 years) and for which spare parts were no longer available. Thanks to the necessary effort by Verwaal in the short term, despite the necessary delivery time due to the corona vicissitudes, a roof fan was still able to be obtained. This was even posted on a weekend (private time)! Compliments for your thoughtfulness, fast service and installation! This company is highly recommended.

This company has a unique approach. We've had them do our maintenance for years, to our complete satisfaction! But last year, we had our central heating replaced by another company. And now they won't do the maintenance anymore because they didn't install it. However, the previous central heating system wasn't either.

Had Verwaal replace the radiator in our house at my ex's house. I then receive the invoice for 8 hours for replacing the radiator, a job that usually takes 1 to a maximum of 2 hours. (I have inquired with other companies about this). I then politely sent an email to ask how this was possible and I received no response! The radiator was not even included because we purchased it elsewhere! Very dissatisfied customer and if you do not want to receive a bill of 700+ euros for installing a radiator then I would certainly not approach this company!

Calling for the first time and telling me casually that work will only be done if payment has been made. They also told me that they are not going to discuss with the insurance company (no idea what they are talking about). Promised to call back three times, 0 times. Will see what solution they have after visiting. So I called back (because they didn't). Answer: "No, we don't." (with a snarky tone) Me: "When do you think you can have a solution?" Answer: "As I said, we don't know. So I can't tell you when we will." Keep it up! You have already lost other buildings as customers due to this behavior.

If they have checked anything for pipe leakage, leave one. Another installation company is still inspecting things, things are often replaced even though they are not yet applicable
