Very satisfied with Immens! Recently had a hybrid heat pump installed that we were not completely satisfied with. Called immediately, after which the installer was on the doorstep the next day. A service that you do not often experience these days. Problem solved, Thanks Immens!

It's scandalous how you allowed my father to continue paying even though two notices had been given. He had dementia and had to go to a nursing home. Only after his death, when the notary took over, did the depreciation stop.

Had to deal with the service department, my experience over the past 4 weeks: Communication within the company is worthless, as is communication with the customer. Agreements are (eventually) made but not fulfilled. On the day the technician was supposed to arrive, I had to call afterward. This has been repeated twice. At the end of the day, a technician is sent by who then hardly has time to properly examine issues or solve them efficiently. I had to carry out a number of minor tasks that, in my opinion, could easily have been completed in 2 appointments. I made sure from the start that the company was aware of all the details regarding the work. But unfortunately every time I called the company I had to start over from scratch. Probably due to an administrative burden and a shortage of staff to communicate clearly with a customer and make appointments. It took a month, and we're not there yet. I have quite a bit of patience... but this is really crazy for words.

Great company with expert staff. They also think along with you about everything in and around the house in the field of sustainability. Company has been around for over 200 years. You will also be helped quickly in case of any malfunctions.

I am being billed by this company for corrective work. Things that they themselves did wrong. They themselves do not want to take responsibility. Very unprofessional, could have done it better themselves.
