I did an internship here, did not receive a warm welcome and I was treated like a burden. On my last day the mechanic even said he hoped he would never see me again. I advise against Bink Elektro!

Lousy service! Disappointing results several times. Used to be a good company. We are switching to a partner who understands that service after delivery is important!

Through my cousin I ended up at BINK Solar and bought a DIY package, really complete from the roof to the meter cupboard. Fast delivery and complete with manuals. Beautiful high quality materials. Panels and mounting systems all in color look very professional. You will also be completely unburdened with regard to VAT refunds. Great company!

We have now been using the solar panels installed by BINK for 2 years, to our satisfaction. The estimated yield and return that were outlined during the sales/advice meeting are correct, no rosy sales talk but honest advice. Small point of criticism, after the deal was closed I had some additional questions. The sales advisor was no longer available for that and was immediately referred to the internal service. Before closing the deal he was easy to reach for additional information. That is why a 4 star rating instead of 5.

When we got home at 11:50 PM, we found that the lighting in the living room and kitchen was not working. The refrigerator is also in the same group... At 8:15 am I called Vissers Waalwijk, who had since changed name and owner. Friendly lady in Breda. "I'll put you through." I would be called back during the morning. Not so. Called again at 2 p.m. "My colleague will call you back shortly. I promise." Not so. At 4.15 pm I climbed onto the phone again, but this time a bit angry. My anger helped. A technician from Waalwijk would come immediately. The weekend was now upon us. The mechanic did indeed appear. He was able to determine that it was NOT the air conditioning on the roof. Good thing, too! It had both frozen and rained and that is a bad combination for anything on a flat roof. To find the cause, he had to bring special equipment. So Monday. We then called a 24/7 service. Then you know, you're going for the grand prize. Within 45 minutes someone was on the sidewalk. He solved the problem within half an hour. Friendly, professional and fast. What a contrast with Bink!
