Ze zouden hier het toilet installeren. Eerste probleem dat de wc deur niet dicht wou. 3 weken moeten wachten op een oplossing. Na het tegels zetten paste de wc pot niet meer. Dit was op zaterdag en na telefonisch contact wilden ze op maandag komen. Dit was niet mogelijk omdat we 1 toilet hebben en 2 kleine kinderen. Nu hebben we een ander bedrijf gevonden wat ons wel wou helpen en die heeft het probleem opgelost. Tmi had geen tijd maar dat snap ik heel goed als ze overal hun werk zo achter laten.

He was able to answer my questions well and photos were also taken of the meter cupboard, the roof, the place where the boiler should be located and the heat pump. We received a clear quotation within 2 weeks!! After approval, the work was scheduled very quickly. On the agreed day, enthusiastic men came in who worked very neatly and were able to explain what they were doing when they had questions and in the evening when they left, everything was neatly tidied up, even though they came back the next day! The entire installation was installed in 4.5 days and everything worked as it should Time was also made available for applying for the subsidy on the heat pump and Sebus completed the required information. In the meantime, the heat pump has been running for a few weeks and I see that the gas consumption is very low, and the noise is not too bad!!!! A reliable installation company; TMI Bosch!! Due to the expected reduction in the subsidy amount for heat pumps in 2025, we decided to order our heat pump in 2024. The combination with our Brink air heating system was crucial and so we chose an 'Energion' heat pump from Atag, recommended by Brink Climate Systems. Who do you choose as supplier and installer? Our choice quickly fell on TMI-Bosch, an authorized Atag Green dealer and Select dealer with its own showroom in 't Harde, which indicates on the website that it also handles the subsidy application. Owner Sebus Bosch personally came to assess the situation in our home, and these crucial parts were examined and discussed in a friendly and expert manner. We soon received a very comprehensive and sympathetic quote in December 2024, which we immediately agreed to. The delivery and installation of the Atag heat pump took place in mid-January 2025. Two very expert and hardworking technicians, Rudi and Amat, achieved a fantastic, very professional installation and commissioning of the heat pump. Shortly after the installation in January: an appointment with Sebus to apply for the ISDE subsidy. The subsidy was awarded last Friday, February 14, as announced by TMI-Bosch under the 2024 subsidy conditions. Summary: a perfectly arranged delivery, installation and commissioning by TMI-Bosch of an Atag Energion heat pump in combination with our existing air heating system from Brink, with a 5-year warranty and remote service. In our opinion, TMI-Bosch is an absolute must!

In December 2024 we had a CUBIE installed for the solar panels by this company. Unfortunately, this system did not work properly at first - also difficult to test due to the lack of sun in December. A solution has now been found and the system is working to our complete satisfaction. We are very satisfied with the service and handling of this company.
