We were in Dinxperlo with a breakdown...a van from Hendriksen stopped to ask if we needed help (it was already arranged, we had been broken down for almost 6 hours, a story with the ANWB) and this was the only one who asked us. So really great and attentive...what a great guy...gave us a smile back on this (fallen into the water) day...thank you very much, therefore 5 stars!☺️

Very nice company to work with. What struck me was the friendliness of every employee, from operator to technician. Everything is in order in terms of communication, they are easy to reach by telephone and they respond quickly by email. We had 2 air conditioners and solar panels installed. After installation, everything was neatly tidied up and boxes were taken away. There was even vacuuming! We will certainly use this installer more often. In the meantime, they also carry out maintenance on the central heating boiler for us.

We had our air conditioning installed by this company. If you're looking for a company to do this for you, skip this one! Their customer service is terrible; I've never experienced anything this bad! They don't honor agreements. Communication is poor. The order confirmation was very brief. Then, when the installation was incorrect, they don't admit fault and even deny the damage. If you report this, you're immediately treated as a difficult customer. They even call you a "popie jopie" (little girl) and immediately threaten to make you pay or they'll appoint a bailiff. It's remarkable that companies like this can still exist in this day and age.

A new central heating boiler was installed in the agreed week. A professional and neat mechanic! Appointments are kept and very friendly. We recommend the company.

Last weekend I had a problem with my boiler. First I looked to see if I could solve this myself. This was not the case. I called Hendriksen and was helped kindly. It turned out that there was indeed a broken part that needed to be replaced. The technician arrived within 45 minutes with the correct part. This was quickly put back on and it worked again. TOP! Hot shower!
