I can do nothing but warn about this company. Agreements are not kept and work is not finished and they just leave you with the malfunction. We even bought a wood stove otherwise the electricity consumption would no longer be affordable. In the end they solved the complaint themselves in 20 minutes. There is still an outstanding invoice and they don't even know what they did at my home. A specification is not forthcoming (they had three assignments) Every time they promise to call back and they don't call. This has been going on for 8 months. A deadline was set in April to respond. Now two weeks ago an email with reminders. I call again and would be called back. I don't know who was called. Almost every day I send an email saying that I haven't been called again. And suddenly an email back saying that they have spoken to me and I have disconnected the connection. I haven't had a phone call and haven't spoken to anyone. That's how it goes. Lying that they have called you and recording it via email. A truly negligent fraudulent company. I certainly don't send a negative message quickly. Unfortunately this really beats everything. Unfortunately, nowadays there are no more companies where technical people work who can do something. They took over Edens and called me via that customer file. The warranty was also supposed to be taken over. This is not the case. So the air conditioning that was installed that I paid a lot for suddenly has no warranty anymore. In addition, a scratch was made on the wall and I can apparently whistle for a solution here too. I think it is really ridiculous that this is possible in the Netherlands. This is how you get rid of the annoying warranty cases through takeovers of companies. In many cases you don't even know. Ps this is only a small part of the story. There is more!! In the meantime, the above has been resolved. Various misunderstandings and just a conversation at the office and it has been resolved so that we can start again with a clean slate.

One Sunday evening, we lost it and Bert answered the phone. He came right away, and you can tell he's a cheerful man who enjoys his work, even though it was a Sunday evening! He helped us tremendously! Long live Bert, the best!
