Once a fantastic company. Good service. I needed them urgently for a leak at the boiler that required the main tap to be closed. The boiler was purchased and installed at Schoots. Ask for a technician. No service contract, no help! Now that's service.

For emergencies call the following 06 number. Customer but no service contract, screw it. Next boiler somewhere else and the one at family's too. It was once a good place.

We had a problem with the built-in unit of our toilet. Essentially, the small message's flush button was lame. The other button still worked. I had chosen Schoots as a well-known and renowned name in the Tiel region. It took quite some time before a technician was sent. The technician spent 1.5 hours to dismantle the old unit, get a new one from the warehouse and install it. The technician left saying it was done. A check, unfortunately after the technician had left, showed that none of the buttons worked anymore. This made the toilet unusable. A phone call the same evening, just before a long weekend, resulted in the arrival of a second technician the following Tuesday. This discovered within 15 minutes that the wrong unit had been installed and that a correct one had to be ordered. Fortunately, he was able to provide an emergency solution so that the toilet could be used. It took almost 4 weeks for the part to be installed. The technician needed approximately 20 minutes to dismantle the incorrect part and install the new one. A check was immediately carried out and everything worked correctly. Then the bill came. Schoots has 2 labor wages at 67 EUR/hour excl. VAT charged, including the cost of the part. I protested against this because the work of the first technician was inadequate. Schoots was not receptive to this and did not want to admit that they were wrong. After an intensive, factual discussion, Schoots reluctantly agreed to 1 hour of labor wages, without also admitting that they had done something wrong. In short, 2 stars for Schoots. In the end, the work was done neatly and correctly. Mistakes can happen, but admit it and don't make your customer pay for them!

Very positive experience. Quick response from quotation to the installation of our new central heating boiler. Are (all) agreements properly fulfilled? Good price/quality ratio. Our boiler has now been installed for a few days and functions without any problems. Very satisfied, highly recommended!
