I have taken out a maintenance contract with this company. But you have to call every time for maintenance. I keep hearing excuses about why things didn't go well. They also charge too much for the parts they use.

What a company this is. I had a loss of pressure and I wanted another thermostat that can be done by phone. I called the company, the young man on the other end of the line was very polite, anyway, they would contact me to make an appointment. I was called in the evening, made an appointment and was told the costs of the thermostat plus installation 180e They would come by the following Monday. At the end of the day around 3 o'clock, then I wouldn't have to stay home all day. Well, they came on Monday, it can't happen that the work runs late, I don't have a problem with that either. They would schedule an appointment for another time, that's fine too. After 4 days I called again myself and it would be arranged. After a few days of not hearing anything, I called again and yes, they would come on a Monday again, I would still get the time. Well, I got the time on Monday just before the technician came. Anyway, the technician was there at 2:20 or so and was finished with the installation around 3:50. He also looked at my pressure loss and could not find anything and they would contact me again for a follow-up appointment. It's now been a week and I still haven't heard anything. But now the icing on the cake is that I get a bill of almost 350e This is really a top company to do business with. Gr Jan

Due to an extension, Nico Koning came to us for the installation work. We have been very well and extensively informed and, thanks to Nico's input, we have decided to have additional, more sustainable work carried out. An extra heat pump has been installed, three rooms will be heated and cooled by air conditioning and in a few days another 12 to 18 PV panels will be installed. We were positively surprised by the finish and the thoughtfulness. The air conditioning units and the heat pump are sprayed to match the color of the wall/frames, which is a lot nicer than the standard color. Eliminating the cabling and adjusting installation errors (from the previous installer) also went well. There may be cheaper suppliers available, but the quality and finish really makes a difference. Good price, quality and expertise. It is possible that the quotation may take a while due to crowds (at least in our case), but King, yes, absolutely recommended! As soon as the PV panels with micro inverters have been installed, I will also put a photo online.
