Unfortunately, we were referred further: we are no longer accepting customers, despite the possible urgency: You can and may, but do not advertise. And above all, why can you be helped if you have been a customer, but for urgency you are referred to colleagues in Emst or Epe? Sorry, maybe change the name: Gelders Bedrijf? Sorry to say, but they indicated it themselves: if you were not a customer in the past, you do not have to call, you will be rejected as a new customer

We have registered with this company for maintenance of our central heating boiler. The welcome was friendly and correct. And the appointment for the first maintenance was made immediately. We went home with a satisfied feeling. The reviews on this company's website were entirely positive. Last Monday a maintenance engineer came for the first service on our central heating boiler. As far as I can judge, this mechanic is very skilled, also because of his years of experience in this field. I am very satisfied with the performance of the maintenance and with the GSB.

They always did a great job sweeping the chimney, but suddenly they stopped without telling me. I accidentally found out when I called to ask when they were coming again. Not very polite.

Tried to make an appointment with this company several times due to... a defective heater. Would always get a call back. Never happened. After 6 weeks I sent an email saying I was disappointed. I was then called back by this company and was extremely disappointed. They had knocked on my door during my holiday without having made an appointment. After this degrading contact, I no longer want anything to do with this company.

CV broken; no hot water and no heating. At the end of the morning a mechanic came, new part would cost 600. The mechanic said he would check the shop to see if they happened to have a part lying around. Since the CV was already 20 years old I said that if the part was not there I would immediately want a quote for a new CV. I also said that I would also go to the company for more information. According to the mechanic this was not necessary, I would be called as soon as possible. However, we did not hear anything more. Since we were still in the cold the next day I called installation company Tiemens from Emst. That same day they had installed a new CV, what great service!!
