Unfortunately, this time our experience with Alwako was not positive, especially the handling of our complaint. Besides the fact that they cannot find out exactly what went wrong, in our opinion the compensation is disproportionate to the inconvenience we have had due to the error. In the end the boiler was installed fine.

Fortunately, service and humanity still exist! Emailed Alwako this morning with an unusual request. Within 10 minutes I was called back by customer service and a very understanding lady told me that she had already consulted with a service technician and that he would be happy to help me out. And the date for the appointment was immediately communicated. Compliments! Addition: the technician has now arrived and immediately carried out my additional request. I didn't even have to ask. The cooperation between the technicians and customer service is apparently very good and both have a heart for the customer. I highly recommend this company :-)

Friendly and helpful fitters but the scheduling system and customer service very poor quality. Appointments were not kept and I had to wait weeks before I could make follow-up appointments. Ultimately had to take cold showers for two months.

A few months ago, we had our central heating boiler replaced by Alwako, including a new condensate drain that had to be routed from the attic all the way to the kitchen drain. We also had leaking thermostatic valves on two radiators, and they bled all the radiators immediately. We received fantastic service from Alwako for a reasonable price, and now have a perfectly working system. They also drilled through the cavity wall without hesitation, even though it was incredibly dusty. They also took all the waste away immediately, including the old boiler and all the packaging materials. Deep respect for their proven craftsmanship; I am and will remain a loyal Alwako customer; they're a fantastic company! Keep up the good work! Regards, Marcel van Kins
