What an incredibly worthless company! Tibo-Veen installed our home on behalf of Bolton Bouw. After a year, all residents receive a letter/email that the heating system is not working properly. Tibo-Veen called us themselves to make an appointment, but even called back several times to reschedule the appointment for the umpteenth time. We are curious about their solution, we have already understood from residents of other homes that they were inside for a maximum of 5 minutes without being able to clearly indicate what is there or what has been done or that the work that has been done was a temporary solution. I also understand that unnecessary costs have been incurred in terms of electricity. The heat pump has been running, but has not been able to provide heat to the 1st and 2nd floors!

Tibo-Veen was hired by main contractor Bolton for the installations at our new-build home. The quality of delivery is downright dramatic. Leaking siphons, supply and return to distributors connected the wrong way round, measurements not carried out but reported. The repair work then takes weeks, despite the main contractor's efforts. There are guys without experience or guidance installing things, then mechanics with big lease cars come to repair things, with very few tools that then have to be collected again, bizarre. This company presents itself as a training company and has nice predicates, the shop floor and management are not connected at all.

Leave you with a leaking WTW that has been installed incorrectly. After the warranty period expires, they don't even bother to perform service with a month. This, together with all the other technical defects in the electrical system and underfloor heating, can only be said that they are a bunch of bunglers.

I have been working at Tibo-Veen for over a year now and I really enjoy it. A close-knit group of colleagues ensures that no day is the same for me!

A very poor company that doesn't deserve to be a purveyor to the Royal Household. They have their own interpretation of warranty and do everything they can to avoid customer contact and aftercare.
