Wij hadden een oud bus systeem in ons huis PHC Systeem van PEHA. Na een blikseminslag waren alle componenten defect geraakt en was dit systeem niet meer leverbaar. Hiervoor moesten we op zoek naar een alternatief systeem. Na diverse aanvragen kwamen bij de heren van Trend Installatietechniek uit voor een KNX systeem. Al snel kwamen zij bij ons inventariseren wat voor systeem er aanwezig was en wat de mogelijkheden zijn met een nieuw KNX systeem. Offerte opgesteld en bij ons thuis e.e.a. toegelicht. Het duurde even voordat ze aan de slag konden maar uiteindelijk werd er gestart. Er werd netjes gewerkt en de mannen waren keurig op tijd. De verlichting werd hier en daar nog geupgraded met LED verlichting en LED strips. Ook is het verwarmingssysteem nu meegenomen in de KNX installatie ( was voorheen niet zo) Bij de vloerverdeler nieuwe klepjes en een verwarmingsregelaar geplaatst en zitten er nu behaaglijk bij. We hebben nu een mooi compleet KNX systeem dankzij deze mannen. Bedankt voor de prettige ervaring.

Trend BV took care of all the electrical work for the renovation of my home (total order amounted to approximately EUR 50,000). They systematically failed to supply a crucial part for our secure access (concerning door video installation), which even temporarily exposed my family to possible intruders. We then called in a capable other party (and incurred costs) to solve the problem. We withheld a partial payment for the shortcoming. We ended up with the subdistrict court judge after Trend intimidated us endlessly with bailiffs, threatening emails from lawyers and even insinuation of blackmail, etc. The judge ruled in my favor 100% with regard to withholding the partial payment and Trend was ordered to deliver. Trend has still not done this, while the Official Report obliged. Trend has now seized our cash account through a bailiff (!) and has still not fulfilled its obligations to date. Given the amount of EUR 829, it is not realistic for me to go to court. I have no other option than to accept the damage and warn other possible clients. Very disappointing that there are still such parties active in the market. It is up to the reader to take this review into account when considering doing business with this party. Trend BV continues to intimidate and harass instead of delivering.

Trend has installed a KNX system at our new-build house in Woerden. They provided good input and advice during the design phase of our house. We are very satisfied with these men and are still very pleased with our installation!
