Make sure that when a technician visits your home, all unresolved issues are documented somewhere. Also, be aware that some of the services listed in the contract are not very clearly defined. For example, thermostat maintenance is not included for heat pumps, which I find ridiculous since it is an essential part of temperature regulation—a key aspect mentioned in the contract. If you're considering signing a contract, ask detailed questions to ensure you fully understand what is included. Response times can sometimes be slow, but be patient; they will get to you eventually. If you have trouble receiving an email response, I recommend calling them directly. Customer service could use some improvement—my first interaction with them was extremely poor and unprofessional. However, the follow-up with a different employee was excellent, and I was very happy with the support I received. The hourly rate for a technician visit is approximately 80 euros, which is reasonable. However, the duration of certain tasks can be unpredictable, so keep that in mind. Edit: After a lot of back and forth with Sankomij, my issue—thermostat and temperature control—was finally resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience a 6/10. While my first customer service interaction was disappointing, the follow-up with the employee’s boss and colleague was outstanding. Professionalism in customer service is crucial, and I appreciate that they took the necessary steps to address the situation.

Edit review: After a lot of back and forth with Sankomij to try to solve the issue in my house we finally solved the issue. Regarding the customer service: the first interaction I had with them was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, however someone else took my case and this timr the interaction was smooth and professional. I am editing my review because I feel that one bad and unprofessional employee should not affect the rest of her colleagues.

I rarely write reviews, usually when its something especially good or especially bad, and as you can probably guess, Sankomi is not really about the first... They dont respond to emails about complaints (like not even reponsing late, they just ignore my complaints altogether), their boilers and ventilation are constaly buzzing making lots of noise and only God knows when (or if) they will come and fix their crappy noisy things. They onIy speak to you after you call them and wait 20 mins in a queu on the line, but even after this this doesnt have any effect. I strongly suggest avoid this company at all costs if you value your nerves. Just find something more custoemer oriented. UPD: I wrote the big email with all the details describing the issue to the mentioned email adress 4 days ago but never recieved a reply since then, to be expected... "Best" customer service of all time...

This company should not be allowed to install and repair safety critical things like heat pumps. The people that came to repair my heat pump (which was installed by them and still has warranty) did not even know how it works, which pipe is liquid which pipe is gas and just randomly tightened some nuts which can cause dangerous R32 leak; on top of this they did not solve the problem and they also do not respond. Now I am buying my own refrigerant leak dedector to check if there is leakage. Stay away from Sankomij!

Terrible customer service. Don’t expect them to help you if something goes wrong with your heating system that they installed.
