0 stars in my opinion. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the technicians was one in which I experienced inappropriate behavior. He had an eccentric interpretation of the concept of “Hands on”. From my personal perception, not a company that I would recommend to my loved ones with confidence.

Our heat pump was delivered by Stein installation in September 2023. The workers worked neatly and professionally. The office staff is also very helpful and solution-oriented. The operation of a part was not optimal, but this was resolved neatly and everything works properly.

A broken lead drain needed to be repaired. Stein sent a specialist, who has been working for this company for 65 years, he occasionally does these specialist jobs. Nicely solved by a soldered connection, and it gave a 98% guarantee of a leak-free drain. When after our test it turned out that droplets were still leaking, the gentleman came by around 4:00 PM to close it and, if necessary, cut it out and renew it, if necessary. Luckily he got it leak free – we and he are happy. We were recommended this company by friends for a completely new supply through the basement three years ago. Professionals and good advice, and they are not too expensive because good and sustainable work!

Signed a quote in December '21 for installing an electric heat pump. It is now 15 months later and nothing has happened yet. No explanatory phone call for the delay, all initiative must come from me. Requests to call back about an alternative (another installation?) will not be responded to. Somewhere I read 'the customer is central' and 'thinking along with the customer', but unfortunately that is hard to find at Stein. I canceled the order.

Have a leak in house and they came in and left without any form of communication to us as residents. Problem not solved and basement full of water left.
