We ordered a heat pump in February. We were kept well-informed about the progress. It was finally delivered and installed on November 1st. Professional staff, and the pipework was arranged in consultation. The pipework was installed very neatly. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

Boiler maintenance on our 4-year-old Remeha central heating boiler resulted in an invoice of 224 euros including VAT, this was regular maintenance. When making the appointment, it was indicated that this would cost just over 100 euros. If this is all common, then it is no problem to be open and transparent about this. I am sharing the cost overview here, this is perhaps a better indication of the costs for regular maintenance than the indication I received in advance; Remeha service set €58.80 Auxiliary and sealing material €3 CO control €20 Hourly wage €94.38 (I didn't know this was the norm these days) Call-out costs zone 1 €18.15 + 15 min. Travel time €23.60 (Well, from the company to our house is also a little over 1 km, so that €41.75 isn't bad either) Administration costs €6.05 (because I wanted to receive an invoice by email afterwards and didn't pay directly at the door) I had complained by email and I got the response that I had also signed for these costs afterwards... (so I really shouldn't be difficult). Recently, a heat pump was also installed at our place by a third party and that installer indicated that the expansion vessel was incorrectly connected, not to the return line, but to the supply line. The heat pump fitter adjusted this immediately. The mechanic who recently did the maintenance reacted with surprise and said that this was wrong (the central heating boiler and the expansion vessel were installed by Laak-Swinkels 4 years ago, so it was their own mistake). I also mentioned this in my complaint and the response I received was; "I have made inquiries about the pressure vessel and because third parties have worked on the installation, we can no longer verify whether we installed it that way. The installation has worked and functioned to our complete satisfaction for 4 years, because I assume that otherwise you would have sounded the alarm sooner." If all this is normal, then it is also nothing to be ashamed of as a company and it does not matter if this method is shared. I was not satisfied myself, hence 1 star.
