Had a quote made in January and it was placed in early March. The weather was bad, but they were polite people and everything was neatly cleaned up. There had been a small accident and it had to be repaired. Co Ruijsch has taken good care of this and has fulfilled its agreements. We have recommended them to several people and the air conditioning systems have also been or will be installed here.

What a terrible company. Mr. Co Ruijsch, in particular, has little understanding of customer service and communication. I received a quote on October 28th (within a few days), but due to circumstances, I chose to forgo the most expensive option.... I heard nothing more, and no response to at least 20 calls and quite a few emails. I only spoke to the man on the phone once, and he said there was a delivery time for a product. Of course, that can only be two months??? I ordered it myself today, called, and they said the maximum delivery time was three weeks. Mr. Ruijsch found it unacceptable that I was annoyed by the way things were going. The poor man wanted understanding, because he was trying to keep everyone happy... really? How could he? He couldn't change the delivery time... of course not, but communicating with the customer about that is nice and helpful. But Mr. Co Ruijsch didn't really have much say in the matter. If it had to be that way, he wouldn't come back... strange. Would he accept being treated this way? The quote was made, but when he didn't choose the most expensive option, he wasn't contacted again? We called someone else... who is coming next week.

Nice and reliable company. Already requested a quote before Covid-19, of course the price increased slightly after Covid-19, but they could still deliver the same quality. They think along, take their time, consult well and their response time is very good. Mattheus has maintained the central heating and installed air conditioning for us. Of course, the air conditioning will also need maintenance again with Matthew!

With 3 neighbors in an apartment building we ordered air conditioners at the same time. Not because of the discount, because that was not included. Moreover, it has to be earned back somewhere else... The communication was clear. The quotes were clear and the installation was fine. Staff very correct and careful and yes there were small accidents. But they were responded to so correctly that we were almost ashamed to follow it up further. One accident was already solved during the installation. We improvised and closed the other ourselves. Wonderful to have these correct and professional people in our house. We enjoy our air conditioners. Perfect advice from another neighbor who had already had her air conditioner from Mattheus! And... quotes from others that we asked... they were "just not.."
