Since the renovation of our 1930s home in 2021, we have been working with Louter Installatietechniek BV. In phases, they have provided our house with completely new electrical and plumbing systems, including a new central heating system, underfloor heating, meter cupboard and rainwater drainage (HWA). What sets Louter Installatietechniek apart for us is their customer-oriented approach and transparent communication. They actively think along in possibilities and solutions, and their planning is always clear and reliable. Although the costs are slightly higher than average, we see this as an investment in quality and service. They absolutely live up to that expectation. Any minor errors in the implementation have always been repaired quickly, professionally and without extra costs. The aftercare is also excellently arranged. We are very satisfied with the collaboration and therefore heartily recommend Louter Installatietechniek BV!

Our garage had done in terms of installation, but unfortunately a lot of extra work because the sewerage was already in 2 places because the connections turned out not to be glued. Meter box installed where nothing seems to match the diagram and simply also completely forgotten discussed matters or did not carry them out correctly. Mere is quite expensive and that was not a problem for us because you expect a certain quality and it is a pity that this is not fulfilled. In any case, we have switched to a more professional installer for the rest of our renovation.

I just hoped to have a (local) involved company that could think along with the heating of our new house. Before we started we had to pay €270, which is understandable given how busy the market was. Then we were appointed a project leader who did not really listen to our ideas. He made it his own design, €60,000 for a piece of technology in the house that we were 80% not looking for. We wanted a heating system, but received a quote for a complete renovation. All far too expensive and unnecessary work (in my experience). The part we did want was priced >20% above market value. That will probably be the new normal, but I think it is absurd that you ask €270 for a quote and then come up with something that we do not ask for, 6 weeks after request!
